Iberfruta is one of Europe’s leading producers of semi‑finished fruit and vegetable ingredients, supplying baby food, jams, pastries, fruit juices, yoghurt particulates, ice cream components and more to the global food industry. The Iberfruta site has been operating for over 25 years and had a relationship with E.E & Brian Smith almost as long as they’ve been trading. Iberfruta export to nearly 80 countries and are recognised for their strengths in quality, customisation and service. ​

Their production facilities located in Azagra (northern Spain, Aseptic plant), La Palma del Condado (Southern Spain, Frozen operation), and Kenitra (Morocco, strictly IQF) are strategically placed close to farming regions to secure high‑quality raw materials.​

Key milestones for Iberfruta include opening factories in Azagra (1995), Huelva (1997), and Morocco (1999), as well as expanding capabilities with new puree lines, land acquisitions and continuous technological upgrades such as modern aseptic and freezing systems.​

Iberfruta demonstrate a strong and evolving commitment to sustainability. The company calculates and actively work to reduce its carbon footprint; offsets emissions through tree‑planting initiatives; reduces water consumption and reuses steel drums in its packaging processes. Solar panels were installed at their Azagra and Huelva facilities in 2020, reinforcing their commitment to environmentally responsible production.​
