E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Pickles, Pastes and Sauces. We source them from Kolkata, India.

The Pickles range is produced to authentic recipes with selected fruit and vegetables with a blend of spices to produce an aromatic accompaniment. Pickles are widely used as an accompaniment to Indian dishes, with salads and cold meats and can be mixed to make a spicy dip.

The shelf life on the Pickles range is 2 years and product can be stored ambient until opened. Once open needs to be refrigerated and used within 2 months.

The Pastes range are blended with exotic and aromatic spices cooked in oil for the preparation of Indian dishes. We can offer a range of spice levels from mild to spicy to suit all palettes.

The Sauces range is blended with aromatic spices to offer you the most convenient way to cook a delicious Indian curry. With these sauces you just need to add your meat to the sauce to make the perfect curry! The range includes –

The factory is BRC A grade accredited, Halal, US FDA, FSSAI, SMETA (Sedex 4-pillar), Kosher certified and has also been visited by our own in-house technical team.
