Pineapple Canned
Canned Pineapple is produced at a factory in Indonesia. The Pineapples arrive at the factory and are washed to remove the dirt. The Pineapples are sorted by size and diameter to ensure consistent uniform cutting. The leaves and the stems are removed with the tough outer skin and the hard core inner being taken out.
The Pineapple is cut into the shape desired either rings/slices, chunks or crushed. The Pineapple is added to sterile cans with natural juice or syrup being added. The cans are sealed and vacuumed to keep out air and bacteria. The cans are sterilised to remove any spoiling micro organisms. The cans are rapidly cooled with water, labelled and packed into trays.
We can offer a wide range of Canned Pineapple products including standard or choice grade pineapple. A choice of natural juice, light syrup or heavy syrup. A range of can sizes from 8oz to 107oz – please contact us regarding what can size you require.

Our Canned Pineapple is sourced from a BRC (or equivalent) factory. We have been working with this factory for a long time as their agent within the UK.
