On Friday 14th June, W. Saunders (Shipping & Forwarding) Limited part of the Kiril Mischeff group completed on the 100% acquisition of Hine Freight Services Limited.
Hine Freight Services Limited provides freight forwarding and customs clearance services very much in line with W. Saunders Limited activities.
On the acquisition, Dimiter Mirchev, Group Managing Director, said –
