Julian De Cruz travelled to Mutriku in Spain last week to visit Yurrita Group our anchovy supplier.

Yurrita Group are one of E.E. & Brian Smith’s long standing suppliers and produce a wide range of anchovy products. This includes – anchovy paste, canned anchovies and manufacturing grade anchovy.

Our most popular product we buy from them is anchovy paste and this is an MSC grade product. One great use of anchovy paste is in Caesar salad dressing – a lovely dish for some sunnier weather ☀️
