Food Manufacturing
Food Manufacturing customers tend to buy our products in bulk either in Drums or Bag in Boxes. However, alternative packaging is available. The volumes delivered are often greater as they go straight into the factory for large manufacturing production runs.

Food Service
Here at E.E. & Brian Smith we work with all the major food service suppliers either directly or through the Kiril Mischeff Group.
Our most popular product for Food Service is Gherkins Whole, Cut, Slices and Dice. These are supplied in either glass or plastic jars to suit customers requirements.
The NVR range is a well known brand within the Food Service and Whole industry and one of our suppliers Van Der Kroon Food Products own this brand and we distribute it for them in the UK and Ireland.
Packaging in this range include 10 litre cans, 2.4kg plastic jars and 2.65kg glass jars. We pack the following gherkins in this range –
- Whole Gherkins
- Dill Chip Sliced Gherkins
- Sandwich Slice Gherkins
Another popular line for Food Service is Canned Fruits in 2.4kg cans. Our fruit range includes Pineapple, Apricot, Peaches, Cocktail Fruit Mix in either natural juice or syrup.
Retail
As ever, this includes retail glass Jars; typically pickled products like Gherkins, Silverskin Onions & Beetroot. As well as Canned – this includes Canned Fruit and Canned Fish. Products include Canned Pineapple in Syrup or Natural Juice, Peach Slices or Halves in Syrup or Natural Juice and Anchovies in Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil.
